  • it is saturday, 11:21 am
  • another day, another sapporo; channeling my inner samurai gourmet
  • going to bake my sourdough today
  • following a recipe off the interwebs:
    • heat oven to 500°F
    • transfer loaf to dutch oven
    • score the loaf
    • bake for 20 mins, covered
    • reduce to 450°F and bake for 10 mins
    • remove lid and bake for 15-25 mins
    • cool loaf 
  • currently on the bake for 20 mins, covered step
  • we shall see how it goes
  • maybe i'll stop by the studio today to do some woodworking
  • maybe the mousetraps worked
  • maybe i'll get a switch lite
  • need to set a timer for 11:50 am, then reduce to 450°F and bake for 10 mins
